Hiroshima can build long spells around left-side deliveries and the next ball in the box. Marinos have a direct right-side outlet that can reach the space behind that pressure. The quality of each side's final contact matters more here than territory alone.
Suga and Higashi can repeat crosses for Hiroshima, and Marinos have conceded chances after the first clearance. Marinos have also opened recent matches through Matsumura finding Miyaichi, with Croux or Tono arriving for the next touch. Miidera played the last game and was named in Corica's plan despite an older doubt flag; Amano missed that game and is ruled out, so the Nitta-Tanimura and Croux-Chinen links matter more for a later response. Hiroshima's recent cup trip produced little accurate finishing despite its league pressure. I expect Marinos to threaten early and to have a route back after a concession, which is why I'm siding with Yokohama F. Marinos to avoid defeat in regulation.
