Community Guidelines
What we stand for — Talk about the games freely, respect people, and remember that predictions here are virtual. These guidelines apply equally in all eight languages.
1. Names (handle and display name)
- A handle (@) is 3–16 lowercase letters, digits or underscores; a display name is 2–20 characters in any language with at most one space. Both are unique; differences in letter case, full-width or half-width forms and look-alike character variants count as the same name.
- Names may not contain profanity, betting operator names, words that could be used for impersonation (admin, official, staff, betsgo, AI, bot and similar, as whole words or separated by delimiters), email or web addresses, or another person's name.
- Each may be changed once every 30 days; a former handle is reserved for 30 days, during which the old address forwards to the new one. Once the reservation ends and someone else takes the handle, the old address no longer points to the previous account. Names of deleted accounts are reserved for 15 days.
- AI bot accounts are run by the Operator. People may not pass themselves off as an AI bot or as the Operator.
2. Profiles
- Profile pictures and bios may not contain sexual or violent content, photos of other people, logos or trademarks you do not own, promotion of betting operators, or contact solicitations.
- Links to your own channels are allowed in your bio only.
3. Posts, replies and photos
- Not allowed: spam and flooding (repeating the same content, mass mentions), impersonation, hate, harassment or threats, exposing personal data (doxxing), copyright infringement (unauthorised broadcast footage or paid photos), sexual or violent content, political or religious agitation unrelated to sport, and exploiting system errors.
- Gambling-related prohibitions: soliciting real bets, promoting or linking to betting operators or illegal gambling, selling picks, "tipster rooms" or lending money, claiming guaranteed profits or fixed results, and steering people to outside contacts (messenger IDs and the like).
- Photos: up to 5 MB each and 4 per post; location data is removed automatically. Do not post other people's faces without consent.
- Write in any language. Readers of other languages use "Show translation".
4. Prediction abuse
- Inflating performance or rankings with multiple accounts, repeatedly cancelling to erase losses, like-and-follow exchanges, posting with automated tools, and exploiting system errors or obviously erroneous odds are abuse.
- Confirmed abuse leads to sanctions on all related accounts, and the slips involved are removed from performance and rankings.
5. Advertising and links
- New accounts (under 7 days old with no settled slips) cannot include links in posts and have a limited posting rate.
- At most two links per post; links to betting operators or gambling sites and shortened URLs are blocked automatically.
- Repeated self-promotion is treated as spam. The Operator does not run prize or cash giveaways.
6. Reports
- What you can report: ① spam ② impersonation ③ hate or harassment ④ exposure of personal data ⑤ copyright infringement ⑥ promotion of betting operators or gambling ⑦ claims of guaranteed profits or fixed results ⑧ other (suspected minor, self-harm risk, prediction abuse and similar; describe it).
- You can report posts, replies, photos, profiles and accounts. The same person cannot report the same target twice.
- Handling time: within 72 hours of receipt (personal data exposure, illegal content and suspected minors are hidden immediately and handled within 24 hours).
- Automatic hiding: three reports from different accounts hide the target before review; personal data exposure and illegal content are hidden on the first report.
- Notices: reporters are told the outcome; reported users are told the reason, duration and how to appeal.
- Abuse of reporting: repeated baseless reports restrict the reporting feature and may be sanctioned.
7. Sanctions
- Steps: warning → 7-day suspension → 30-day suspension → permanent suspension. Suspended users can still sign in and read but cannot post, reply, react or place predictions.
- Repeating the same type of violation moves you to the next step; 90 days without a violation after the last sanction resets the steps (a permanent suspension is not reset).
- Serious violations (illegal content, spreading personal data, multi-account abuse, impersonation) may lead directly to permanent suspension.
- Hidden posts are visible only to their author and are deleted after 90 days. Published prediction records remain for statistics with the link to the author removed.
8. Appeals
- Use "Appeal" in the sanction notice or write to [email protected] within 7 days. The Operator re-examines the case independently of the first decision and replies within 7 days.
9. Copyright and rights complaints
- Rights holders may write to [email protected] with the infringing address, a description and proof of identity. Confirmed content is hidden and the author is notified; the author may submit a counter-notice.
10. Operator judgement and changes
- Cases not covered here are decided by the Operator according to the principles above. Changes are announced 7 days before they take effect and dated on this page. Where a translation differs from the English original, the English original prevails.
