Liverpool and Chelsea can both reach wide space from an early recovery, so the first lost pass is likely to matter. Liverpool have shown an early wide-to-centre finish and a later change of receiver that revived their attack. Chelsea's wide route remains live, but its final connection has changed sharply since the last match.
Liverpool's Barcola found Isak against Brighton, while Ngumoha and Mac Allister supplied the later comeback against Villarreal. Chelsea can release Neto or Quenda from Caicedo and Henderson and have also scored from Hato's cutback and a blocked restart. Palmer is suspended after playing most of the Tottenham match, João Pedro missed that match and remains out, and Emegha is in the squad without Chelsea minutes; Chelsea managed little box production against Spurs even with Palmer available. Liverpool have confirmed defensive and attacking absences, but Isak, Barcola, Gakpo and Mac Allister all had recent match minutes, and their wide-to-box links are demonstrated. That's why I'm siding with Liverpool to win in regulation.
