Al Kuwait can release Daham quickly when Nasaf move numbers forward, while Betis can find wide outlets and restart receivers after Dortmund's opening pressure. Nasaf and Dortmund have clear ways to take territory. In both matches, the quality of the next box contact matters more than the first spell of possession.
Nasaf controlled much of the first meeting, yet seven of their attempts were blocked and 11 came from outside the box. Kuwait's Hussain-to-Daham pass produced the decisive finish, with Zola and Al Hoshan protecting the lead. Barhama played that first meeting and is now suspended, while Gonzalez's injury status is disputed. Nasser returns after missing it, with his minutes unconfirmed, and Kuwait have had the longer recovery window. I expect Daham to keep receiving behind Nasaf's advance, so I'm siding with Al Kuwait.
Dortmund can feed Guirassy through Schlotterbeck and their wide runners, yet recent leads have still allowed central or restart replies. Betis retain Ezzalzouli and Antony outside, Isco and Fornals on restarts, and Bartra as a box receiver. Cucho, Firpo, Losada and Fidalgo missed Betis' last match and remain out; Parrott and the current central defenders played. Betis can keep finding a response through those surviving routes. That's why I'm siding with Betis.
