Detroit and Philadelphia both have ways to create a good first shot. The contest gets more interesting after a miss, when rebounds can turn into another chance. Live-ball turnovers may decide which side gets to run. A close finish should come down to who can make the next clean shot and end the following possession.
Detroit's Cade Cunningham can bend the defense and free Robinson, while Reed and Collins work for extra shots. Philadelphia now brings Embiid and Edgecombe into a matchup they missed the first time, alongside Maxey, James and Brown. Embiid's recent minutes were managed, but the added passing and finishing change how Detroit has to defend the second action.
Detroit's recent breaks came from opponents giving the ball away repeatedly. Philadelphia has protected it better in its recent games and has shown late scoring answers through James, Maxey and Edgecombe. That combination gives the 76ers a more convincing route to the final score and stop, so I'm siding with Philadelphia on the road.
