KoGas–Anyang has a curious late-game tension. KoGas have won their last two, but their recent quarter splits show more scoring in the fourth than Anyang’s, while Anyang’s stronger stretch has usually come earlier. If KoGas are still within reach after the third, this becomes a test of whether Anyang can keep making useful possessions late rather than simply protecting an early lead.
Our recent-game bundle has KoGas beating Wonju and Mobis in consecutive home games. Across the available box-score sample, KoGas average 20.9 points in fourth quarters and Anyang 18.0; Anyang average 23.3 in first quarters against KoGas’s 21.1. Those are tendencies from small, uneven samples, not a script for this matchup. Their previous meeting ended 86–80 to Anyang, so I’d be interested in whether KoGas’s late scoring holds up against this particular opponent.
