Go Ahead Eagles can sustain home pressure through wide deliveries and second balls, while Telstar have a direct route into the space behind them. Telstar's away scorelines have stayed compact even as opponents have reached the box repeatedly. Ipswich plan to defend higher against Forest, putting their own wide runners closer to goal. That higher line also gives Forest a direct transition lane after a regain.
Eagles still made plenty of chances at Zwolle, with Sigurðarson receiving centrally and Tengstedt attacking cleared balls. Telstar can answer through Owusu and the wide receivers that troubled Feyenoord; Eagles also struggled to protect leads against Sparta's crosses. Saathof missed Zwolle and remains out, while Telstar's Mendes missed Feyenoord but is not confirmed out; the projected attacking groups have recent minutes rather than confirmed starts. I expect repeat Eagles entries and a Telstar reply to keep the scoring moving. That's why I'm backing a high-scoring Eagles–Telstar match.
Ipswich can use Davis and Ouattara to reach Maeda or a central receiver, then send extra forwards toward the next clearance. Forest's Delap and Ndoye can run into the space behind those wing backs, with Gibbs-White a further link if he returns after missing Arsenal; his coach says he is ready. Lukic missed Ipswich's City match and is now ruled out, while Florentino has already played in his place. A first goal should draw an answer from the other side, and either team's second wave can add to it. That's why I'm backing the attacking flow in Ipswich–Forest as well.
