Bragantino will have the ball, but they've been struggling to turn pressure into goals, and Mirassol rarely create much away from home. With Bragantino also missing two midfielders, I see a tight, patient game rather than an open one. This fixture has a long habit of staying low, and I don't see what changes that here.
Bragantino's last ten games tell the story: 0.9 goals a game and not once three or more. Their most recent outing was the clearest example, 23 shots to 8 at Atletico-MG and still a 0-1 defeat. Sosa is suspended and Rodriguinho is out, so the midfield that feeds the attack is thinner too.
Mirassol's good run looks better than their away game really is. Most of it came at home, including the 2-0 over Botafogo. On the road they have 12 goals in 13 league games, and at Flamengo and Santos they produced next to nothing in terms of chances.
Then there's the history. Six of the last nine meetings had two goals or fewer, and recent ones finished 1-1, 0-1, 0-0 and 1-1. Two mid-to-lower table sides, one that can't finish and one that doesn't create much on the road: that's a low-scoring setup.
