Blind or Baas can take the deeper midfield role, while Midtjylland retain Billing, Bravo and several forward options to contest second balls and keep attacks alive.
The current Ajax travel report rules out Brandt and Amrabat, while Bissouma is ineligible. Brandt played in the last match before leaving injured. Berghuis also appeared from the bench, and the coach plans another limited substitute role rather than a start.
